Daniel has over 15 years of hospitality industry experience, starting out as a busboy in a small, Greek restaurant. He worked as a chef for Chicago’s largest off premise catering company and has held General Manager positions in catering, resorts, and a hotels.
Daniel holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in International Hotel Hospitality Management from Le Roche School of Hospitality Management Kendall College in Chicago.
Our kitchen team is culinary trained in many ethnic cuisines. Daniel’s specialties include Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine.
In Daniel’s free time, he enjoys spending time with family, hiking, fishing, traveling, cooking and raising backyard chickens.
