Jofferson Anicoche was born and raised in the Philippines. Before coming to Sunnyside Gardens, he worked and trained in a hotel restaurant in Vienna, Austria for eight years. He also spent several years working in a senior living community.
Jofferson has been the sous chef for the past three years here at Sunnyside Gardens and was recently promoted into the Director role in 2019. Jofferson and his culinary team are talented, hardworking and willing to please the residents.
In his spare time, Jofferson plays both the guitar and piano. Jofferson loves working here at Sunnyside Gardens stating, "I get to fulfill my passion for cooking and be a part of a beautiful family and community."
